Tenant Application

Tenant applications are required when a new tenant starts service at a business or residence. There is a $90.00 deposit that is also required to start the service, of which $80.00 will be refunded when the tenant moves. The $80.00 will be applied to the final bill if one is owed. The tenant and owner must complete the application. The owner is responsible for any outstanding balances. You can download the application to the right

Owner Application

Owners do not have to pay a deposit, since water and sewage are lienable against the property. Just complete the application and return it to our office. You can download the application to the right.
